Ingredients: Chickpeas, Fresh herbs, onion, garlic, spices, Gluten free breadcrumbs, Sesame, salt, baking soda, water.
Allergens: Sesame (made in a facility that handles gluten).

Heat oil to 160°C (medium-high if you’re eyeballing it).

Fry the patty straight from frozen for 4–5 minutes until crisp and deep golden (If using shallow oil, give them a flip halfway through when the bottom side is firm).

Drain, serve, and bask in your falafel glory.

Air Fry or Oven Bake

Oven:

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced).

Place falafel on a lined baking tray and spray lightly with oil.

Bake for 10 minutes, flip, spray again, and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Air Fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

Place falafel in a single layer in the basket and spray lightly with oil.

Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
