Each pack contains:
1kg of fresh or frozen raw falafel mix - defrost fully before use. Then roll, press, or scoop as you please.

Packaging: Resealable, freezer-safe container.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Shelf Life: 4 months from production
Ingredients: Chickpeas, onion, garlic, herbs, sesame, Gluten free breadcrumbs, spices, salt, baking soda, water.
Allergens: Sesame (made in a facility that handles sesame and gluten).
Step 1: Defrost fully in the fridge overnight or at room temp for a few hours. Once soft and pliable, it’s ready to shape.

Step 2: Shape it your way – roll into balls, press into patties, flatten for sliders, or get fancy. No rules here.

Step 3: Cook to golden perfection:
– Deep Fry: 180°C for 4–5 minutes until golden brown
– Shallow Fry: Medium heat, 4–5 minutes total, flip halfway
– Oven Bake: Preheat to 200°C, bake for 15–18 mins, flipping halfway
– Air Fryer: 200°C for 12–15 minutes, shake or flip halfway

Tip: Avoid over-handling – a gentle touch gives the best texture.
