Hey there! Welcome to Cheeky Pea. By browsing, ordering, or even lurking on www.cheekypea.com.au, you agree to the following terms. They're not long or scary - just here to keep everything running smoothly and respectfully.

1. Who We Are

We’re Cheeky Pea, based in Sydney, Australia. We create and sell a range of vegan, GF Falafel mix and balls, and complementing products that can be ordered online for pickup or ordered directly for wholesale (delivery available).

 
2. How Retail Orders Work (Pickup Only)

  • You place an order via our website

  • You pay securely using Square

  • We send you a confirmation and pickup details

  • You collect your goodies at the arranged time and place

No shipping, no delivery - just pick up and enjoy.

3. Wholesale Orders (Delivery Available)

Wholesale? We love you.

  • Wholesale orders are made directly with our staff

  • You’ll chat with us directly to confirm details, pricing, quantities, and delivery arrangements

  • Payment is arranged either upfront or as agreed

  • We deliver to eligible locations (T&Cs vary depending on what/where/how much)

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable)

  • Retail orders are paid at checkout using Square

  • Wholesale pricing and payment terms are confirmed case-by-case

  • We may update prices at any time, but confirmed orders won’t be affected

5. Refunds, Returns & Problems

Retail Orders

We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind. If something’s off (wrong item, damaged, etc.), let us know within 48 hours of pickup and we’ll sort it out.
 

Wholesale Orders

Issues must be raised within 3 business days of delivery. Each case is handled individually - we’re reasonable people, and we trust you are too.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - images, copy, product names, and general cheekiness - belongs to Cheeky Pea. Don’t pinch it, remix it, or use it without our permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Read our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and store your data.

8. Liability

We do our best to make everything awesome, but:

  • We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages

  • You use the site and our products at your own discretion and risk

  • If a product is misused or stored incorrectly, we’re not responsible for what happens

9. Changes to These Terms

We may tweak these terms occasionally - we’ll post any changes here. Using the site or placing an order after an update means you accept the new version.
